Kashi is taken aback by Fujita’s declaration that they will win the choral competition. The class members were not willing to take up the challenge, saying “It’s impossible to win,” or “We don’t want to win in the first place,” Class 3-C’s consciousness completely changed when Fujita asked them, “Don’t you want the Hanayam High towel?” The next day, Kashi and Fujita begin looking for an accompanist. But none of the experienced pianists in the class would take it on… As Kashi’s shoulders slumped, Fujita came up with a “secret” plan.
