Yanagida is asked by Kashi and Fujita to be their accompanist, and when Sakurama praises his piano skills, Yanagida’s face turns red, and he is very bashful. Kashi sees the cool Yanagida’s unexpected appearance and realizes Yanagida has a crush on her, but Fujita can’t stay and leaves the room. Kashi looks at Fujita with sadness, but Yanagida, who says he has been indebted to Fujita since they were kids, tells him the reason for Fujita’s insistence on participating in the choral competition.
